Los Angeles: LAPD West Valley Area Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the suspect or suspects responsible for the death of 36-year-old Sharilit Monique Matthews found dead in her home.
On Friday February 10, 2012, West Valley patrol officers received a radio call to conduct a missing adult investigation for Sharilit Monique Matthews, at her residence, in the 17800 block of Sherman Way. The victim’s family and friends had not been able to contact Sharilit for nearly a week. When officers entered the home they found the victim dead in her bed. It appears that she had been dead for several days.
The coroner made an initial determination at the scene that Sharilit Monique Matthews’s death was a homicide.
