Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department West Bureau Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information leading lead to the arrest of a suspect (s) who killed 22-year-old Christian Solares, a resident of Inglewood.
On April 27, 2012, around 11 p.m., officers responded to a radio call of a shooting in the 5200 block of South Centinela Avenue. Solares was driving a beige, Toyota Camry when he was struck by gunfire in the upper torso and crashed into a post at a vacant car dealership. A passenger from the victim’s car was seen running away eastbound on Centinela Avenue.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported Solares to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
There is no suspect description.
