Los Angeles: LAPD Harbor Division detectives are looking for public assistance to identify armed suspects who robbed a liquor store at gunpoint.
On March 8, 2013, about 7:10 p.m., three suspects entered a store with guns drawn in the 1200 block of Pacific Coast Highway. They encountered a security guard immediately, took his gun and then removed money from the cash register before leaving. No one was injured during the incident.
It is unknown if the suspects left the scene in a vehicle or on foot, and detectives have few leads on the case. However, images of the suspects were captured on the store’s security surveillance system when they came through the front entrance. They are described as follows:
Suspect 1: A 20- to 25-year-old black male with brown hair standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds. He was wearing a blue and white hoodie with blue sweat pants, grey shoes and black gloves.
Suspect 2: A 20- to 25-year-old black male with brown hair standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He was wearing a grey “Hollister” hoodie with grey sweat pants, black and white shoes and blue gloves.
Suspect 3: A black male (age unknown) with brown hair standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie with black sweat pants and a black headband.
