Missing person Darwin Vela was located today about 1:30 p.m. in LAPD’s Pacific Division. Investigators are now going through the process of determining what happened to him.
Los Angeles: The family of Darwin Vela and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Missing Person’s Unit detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating Darwin.
Darwin Vela was last seen on November 19th 2013, around 9 p.m. in the 2900 Block of South Redondo Boulevard, in the city of Los Angeles. Darwin took his dog for a walk and the animal returned home, but without him. Darwin has never gone missing before and his family and friends are very concerned for his safety.
Darwin is a male Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark green beanie, black shirt and blue jeans.
