Los Angeles: The family of Luis Ramirez and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ramirez.
On March 4, 2014, around 6 p.m., Ramirez was last seen in the 1200 block of 46th Street in the City of Los Angeles. Ramirez walked away from the location and has not been seen or heard from since. He left the location on foot without his wallet and cell phone and is known to take the metro bus. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare.
Ramirez is described as a 19-year-old male Hispanic with a shaved head and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
