Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police detectives are seeking the public’s help in apprehending the suspect(s) who are responsible for the stabbing death of an 18-year-old male in Los Angeles.
On January 15, 2015, around 9 a.m., a 17-year-old male friend of the victim alerted LAPD officers that his friend was believed to be injured inside his residence. Officers responded to the home located in the 14000 block of Astoria Street and discovered 18-year-old Christopher Handy had died as a result of a stabbing. Paramedics pronounced Handy dead at the scene.
Handy lived in the townhouse with his mother and siblings. The victim’s family was not at home at the time the crime occurred, nor do the police believe that they were involved.
