Update: The parents of the young adult have been located.
Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Southeast Divisions is asking for the public’s help in locating relatives of a young adult found in South Los Angeles.
Southeast patrol officers responded to a radio call of a “Found Subject in the 1300 block of East 111th Place. The young man did not have any identification on his person. Officers have not been able to locate his place of residence and have not had any luck in learning his name or where he lives. He appears to suffer from Down Syndrome. He is unable to provide officers with any information.
