Los Angeles: On March 3, 2015, Devonshire Area Patrol Officers responded to an “Ambulance Shooting” radio call at a local motel and found a Hispanic teenage female shot to death.
The Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded to the motel, located on the 15000 block of Roscoe Blvd, and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Investigators determined that the victim, 17-year-old Wendy Martinez, was visiting 22 year-old Louie Lopez at the motel when she was killed. Lopez was immediately arrested for the murder of the Panorama City teenager with a bail set at one million dollars.
