WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 11-14

WHO: LAPD Chief Charlie Beck Representatives from the LAPD Board of Commissioners Representatives from the Mayor’s Office LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests
DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Academy will graduate 19 officers. Out of the 19 graduates, 16 will be sworn for the LAPD, and three will be sworn for Los Angeles World Airports. Of the 16 LAPD officers, there are 14 males and two females with the following ethnic breakdown: five Caucasian, 10 Hispanics and one Asian (non-Korean). Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.
