WHAT: A News Conference to announce the $50,000 reward offered by the Los Angeles City Council to apprehend the murderer of Juan Flores.

WHY: On Sunday April 19, 2015 around 2:35 a.m., Mr. Flores was waiting for his wife in front of his home when he was shot to death. The Los Angeles City Council, with sponsorship from Council member Curren Price Jr., 9th District, has approved a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual responsible for the death of Juan Flores.
