WHEN: Tuesday, September 8, 2015 Set-up 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Latino Immigration Resource Fair 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: The Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce 350 S. Bixel Street Los Angeles, CA 90017 In the “Bank of America Room” Free parking located at 1300 West Fourth Street Los Angeles, CA 90017 Guest may enter parking lot from the gate located on Bixel Street.
WHO: LAPD Central Bureau Deputy Chief Jose Perez LAPD Central Bureau Assistant Commander Robert N. Arcos LAPD Captain III Brian Pratt, Commanding Officer Rampart Area LAPD Captain I Jeff Nolte, Rampart Area Representatives of Latino Consulates
WHY: The goal of the “Latino Immigration Resource Fair” is to collaborate between the Los Angeles Police Department and community partners having resources, services, tips and information that can help protect from immigration scams. Along with guidance to immigration needs.
The event will include Latino Consulate’s, state, city and local organizations to provide and exchange information with the leaders in our community. The information and resources gathered by our leaders, would allow them to become a direct conduit between the Latino population in need of immigration resources and services to the affiliates who could assist them.
This event is free to the attendees and participants.
