WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 6-15

DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Academy will graduate 32 officers. Out of the 32 graduates, 27 will be sworn for the LAPD, two will be sworn for Los Angeles World Airports, one will be sworn for the Port of Los Angeles and two will be sworn as University of Southern California public safety officers. Of the 27 LAPD graduates, there are 23 males and four females with the following ethnic breakdowns: five Caucasian, 13 Hispanic, six African Americans, one Korean, one Filipino and one American Indian. Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.
