Section detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating
additional victims of 61-year-old Pedro Aguirre Borda who was
arrested for child molestation.
On April 20, 2016 around 5:50 a.m., Borda was arrested in the 11500
block of Braddock Drive for two felony counts of child molestation.
The initial case from 2007 was reported, but did not result in a
filing by the District Attorney’s Office. The second case also
occurred in 2007, but was only recently reported in 2016. The Los
Angeles County District Attorney’s Office recently filed warrants
for both cases.
All of the incidents occurred at Braddock Drive where his wife also
runs a daycare center. The female victims were 3 ½ and 5 years old
at the time. Borda was 52-years-old at the time.
Borda is being held on $1.2 million
bail with arraignment set for April 21, 2016.
