The Los Angeles Police Department Southeast
Area detectives are still in need of the public’s assistance in
identifying a suspect who is wanted in connections with other
robberies in South Los Angeles.

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s
Southeast Area Robbery detectives are asking for the public’s
assistance in identifying a robbery suspect.

On April 23, 2016, around 5:15 p.m., the suspect entered a local
sandwich shop located in the 600 block of East Imperial Highway in
the City of Los Angeles. The suspect approached the counter and an
employee approached the suspect to take his order. At this time,
the suspect produced a semi-auto handgun from his right sweater
pocket, pointed the handgun at the employee and demanded money from
the register. The suspect observed a second employee walking out
from the back and directed them to the register as well. The
suspect threatened to shoot the employees if they did not quickly
comply with his demands.

The suspect is described as a male Black, around 25-years-old. He
stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 150
pounds.
