Mr. Ulloa was located and has been reunited with his family.
Los Angeles: The family of
Jose Francisco Ulloa and the Los Angeles Police Department’s
Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in finding
him.
On July 2, 2016, around 9 a.m., Mr. Ulloa was last seen in the 2200
block of West 8th Street in the City of Los Angeles. His family has
not heard from him and is extremely concerned for his
welfare.
Mr. Ulloa is described as 93-year-old, Hispanic, male, with grey
hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs
around 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a beige shirt and a
blue “LA” hat. Mr. Ulloa also walks with a cane.
