WHY: The LAPD Hollenbeck Area is being proactive by taking preventative action for those who have been victimized by car thieves. Free fingerprinting for children and valuable information on crime prevention will be available at this event. Free anti-theft steering wheel clubs and discounted automobile anti-theft kill-switches will also be available to local residents with qualifying vehicles.
