Residential Burglary Suspect caught on surveillance NR16227jh

Van Nuys: The Los Angeles
Police Department’s Van Nuys Division Burglary detectives are
seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a burglary
suspect.

On July 6, 2016 around 9:00 p.m., the suspect entered a residence
in the 15300 block of Leadwell Street in the City of Los Angeles.
The suspect entered the location by removing a front window screen
and breaking the window. Once inside, the suspect ransacked the
location, but did not remove any property. The suspect got into a
car with a second suspect and left the location.

The suspect is described as a male Black, around 25-30 years old.
He stands around 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 170-180
pounds. The suspect was wearing a white or gray button up shirt
with an unknown patch on the sleeve, dark pants and brown shoes.
The suspect has tattoos on both hands, a tattoo of an angel on the
right side of his neck, a tattoo of an unknown symbol behind his
right ear and tattoos on the left side of his neck.

There is no description for the second suspect.

The vehicle is described as mini-van of an unknown year, make and
model.
