Panorama City: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a murder suspect.
On Sunday, August 14, 2016, around 11:35 p.m., Mission Area officers responded to a shooting call at Willis Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard. Upon arrival, the officers found a male Hispanic victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
The Los Angeles City Fire Department Paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting may have stemmed from a road rage incident which caused the victim to exit his vehicle and approach the suspect vehicle. The victim was shot while standing next to the driver’s door of the suspect vehicle.
