LAPD Recruit Graduation

WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 4-16

WHEN: Friday, September 30, 2016 8:00 a.m.

WHERE: Los Angeles Police Academy- Elysian Park 1880 North Academy Drive Los Angeles 90012

WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck Representatives from the LAPD Board of Commissioners Representatives from the Mayor’s Office LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests

DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 34 Police Officers. Of the 34 graduates, there are 31 males and 3 females with the following ethnic breakdowns: 11 Caucasian, 16 Hispanic, one African American, 5 Asian and 1 Filipino. Graduating officers will have completed 912 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.

NOTE: Event parking will not be available. There is public parking off Academy Road.
