San Pedro: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Harbor Area Homicide Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of 24-year-old, Felipe Castrejon-Balanzar Jr.
On May 9, 2017, around 7:30 a.m., Felipe Castrejon-Balanzar Jr was discovered in the rear alley of the 300 block of West 9th Street in San Pedro. Mr. Castrejon-Balanzar was shot by unknown suspects sometime during the early morning hours of May 9th. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced him deceased.
Detectives have no leads on the vehicle description or suspect(s) and are asking for the public’s help.
