WHO: LAPD Captain Donald Graham, Commanding Officer, North Hollywood Area North Hollywood Area officers LAPD Baseball Team Rio Vista Elementary students and staff

WHY: This event is presented to Rio Vista Elementary as an acknowledgement of their efforts in adopting the “Just Say No” pledge campaign. The rally is a positive way to help students unite and “say no”, to drugs, gangs, crime and bullying.
