LAPD Recruit Graduation

WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 12-16

WHEN: Friday, June 9, 2017 9 a.m.

WHERE: Los Angeles Police Academy- Elysian Park 1880 North Academy Drive Los Angeles 90012

WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck Representatives from the LAPD Board of Commissioners Representatives from the Mayor’s Office LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests

DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 45 Police Officers. Of the 45 graduates, there are 33 males and 12 females with the following ethnic breakdowns: 13 Caucasian, 29 Hispanic, 2 Black, and 1 Asian.

Graduating officers will have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.

NOTE: Event parking will not be available. There is public parking off Academy Road.
