Van Nuys: The family of
Jessica Beltran and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys
Division are asking for the public’s help in locating her.
On June 11, 2017, around 1:30 p.m., Jessica was at her home in the
14200 block of Sylvan Street in the city of Van Nuys. Later that
afternoon, she left her home and did not return. Jessica has been
in contact with a male, approximately 25-years-old, from the San
Diego area. Detectives believe Jessica may be with that male.
Jessica is described as a 13-year-old female Hispanic with brown
hair and black eyes. She stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs
approximately 170 pounds. Jessica was last seen wearing a blue
shirt, black pants and blue “Converse” shoes.
