WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Cadet Inspection and Graduation

WHEN: Saturday, June 24, 2017 Inspection at 8 a.m Media Availability with Chief Beck following inspection. Graduation at 11:00 a.m.

WHERE: USC Galen Center 3400 South Figueroa Street Los Angeles, CA 90089

WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck Cadet graduates and thousands of family members and friends

DETAILS: Beginning at 8:00 a.m., Chief Beck will conduct an inspection of the graduating cadets as well as cadets from around the City who will attend the events of the day. Following the inspection, there will be a media availability with Chief Beck. At 11:00 a.m., the graduation will begin.

NOTE: Media is asked to arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. to be escorted inside by Media Relations Division personnel if they wish to film the inspection.

PARKING: Media is asked to park on Jefferson Boulevard west of Figueroa Street. Please do not park on Flower Street or Figueroa Street as they will be utilized for buses transporting cadets
