WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Detective Garrett Breegle, Central Area WHY: The Central Sexual Assault unit is seeking information about the identity of a sexual predator. We are also making the community aware that he is victimizing young girls in public and in close proximity to their families. A video of the suspect and vicitm will be available to the media minutes before the press conference.
