Harbor City:
Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s
Harbor Area are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of 16-year-old
Corey Daily.
On October 16, 2017, around 5:50 p.m., Corey Daily was inside the
courtyard of an apartment complex on the 1500 block of West
Anaheim Street. Corey was standing with a group of friends when
an unknown suspect(s) fired multiple rounds in his direction,
striking him several times and causing him to fall to the
ground.
The Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and
transported Corey to a local hospital where he later died of his
injuries.
