Wilmington: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Harbor Area Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the death of a 19-year-old male.
On October 28, 2017 around 1:45 a.m., a 19-year-old male was attending a party in the 1100 block of West Cruces Street in the city of Wilmington. The 19-year-old stepped outside to meet with friends when unknown suspects walked up to him and fired multiple rounds, he was struck by gunfire.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to render medical aid; however, he succumbed to his injuries at scene.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin. There is no suspect description and detectives have no leads.
