DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Community Police Station is hosting its first LGBTQ Open House. The event is an opportunity for community members to meet their officers, learn about local resources, access victim assistance services, receive crime prevention information and take guided tours of the station. Food and refreshments will also be provided.
This event is a collaboration between the LAPD, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the City Attorney’s Office Victims Assistance Program, Bienestar and Friends Community Center.
Doors will open at 4 p.m., and the first guided tours will begin at 5 p.m. Please enter through 6501 Fountain Avenue and stop by the community room to check in.
