WHO: LAPD Captain Billy Brockway, Patrol Commanding Officer, Van Nuys Division LAPD Lieutenant Albert Gavin, Officer in Charge, Van Nuys Detectives LAPD Detective Marc Diamond, Van Nuys Burglary

WHY: On March 7, 2018, the suspect committed a residential burglary in LAPD’s West Los Angeles Division. On March 11, 2018, the same suspect committed a residential burglary in Van Nuys Division. Both burglaries were captured on video surveillance.
