The Los Angeles Police Department, Juvenile Division’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit (SECU) have arrested Lino Cabrera for Sexual Battery/ Child Annoying.
On May 16, 2019, a crime report was generated at Oxnard Elementary School. The report made allegations of inappropriate behavior by a Teacher’s Aide, prompting the Los Angeles Police Department, Juvenile Division’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit (SECU) to assume investigative responsibility. The investigation revealed six victims between the ages of 10-11.
On June 3, 2019, SECU arrested Lino Cabrera, age 27. The District Attorney’s office filed one count 288.5(a) PC Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and five counts of 288(a) PC Lewd or Lascivious acts upon a child against Mr. Cabrera on behalf of the six victims, his bail was set at $850,000.00.
