Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) Task Force detectives have made an arrest in connection to a recent homicide.
On December 8, 2019 at about 11:40 a.m., officers from LAPD Hollenbeck Division, received a radio call of a Death Investigation at the 3900 block of North Van Horne Avenue in Los Angeles.
Upon arrival of officers, detectives were notified, assumed investigating responsibility, and investigation reveals that a murdered had occurred.
The victim was identified as Editha Deleon, 76-year-old, a female Hispanic from Los Angeles.
On December 18, 2019 at 9:35 p.m., LAPD and FBI Taskforce investigators arrested Timothy Chavira 56-year-old, a male Hispanic from Pasadena.
Chavira was booked for Murder 187 (a) PC with Bail Set at $ 2,000,000.00.
