Hollywood: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Division are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects responsible for the shooting death of a man.
On February 19, 2020, around 4:10 a.m., Hollywood Patrol officers responded to a radio call of a shooting near the 2000 block of Hercules Drive. Multiple masked suspects entered the residence with at least one suspect armed with a firearm. The suspects contacted the victims and one male victim was shot multiple times.
The suspects fled the location on foot and possibly entered a nearby vehicle which drove away from the location. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he died from his gunshot injuries.
The victim is described as a Male Black around 21-years-old. The Los Angeles County Coroner will be able to confirm the victim’s identity and the identification is being withheld until next of kin has been notified.
