Los Angeles: On June 18, 2020, around 8:33 p.m., 77th area patrol officers responded to an Ambulance Shooting radio call at East 84th Street and San Pedro. The victim was seated in his vehicle when the suspect drove up and fired rounds, striking the victim. The suspect fled the location. The victim was pronounced dead at scene by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. The incident is not believed to be gang related.
