Los Angeles: The Los Angeles
Police Department Olympic Area and the parents of Richard Min Kim
is seeking the public’s help in locating him.
Richard was last seen on September 11, 2020, around 9:30 a.m.
Richard for unknow reason suddenly put on his running shoes and ran
out of his apartment complex. Richard’s father chased him but was
unable to catch up to him due to his speed. Richard is a Marathon
runner and his parents are concerned that he might not pay
attention to traffic or traffic signals. Richard has the mental
capacity of a 5-year-old.
Richard was last seen running
westbound on Pico Boulevard just west of Normandie Avenue wearing a
neon green shirt, black shorts and bright green shoes. Richard is
described as a male Korean, black hair, brown eyes and stands 6
feet 2 inches, weighing approximately 150 pounds.
