Bio

Captain Hom is currently assigned as the Commanding Officer, Northeast Area, and is a 30-year veteran of the Department.

Captain Hom began his career as a reserve police officer in 1992, and was appointed as a regular Police Officer in 1993.

He has been a Department supervisor since 1998, and has been assigned to numerous operational and administrative assignments throughout the Department.

Captain Hom has earned a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree, and is also a graduate of the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.
