Assault with a Deadly Weapon Suspect Sought NR21227ml

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Area detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a violent attack.
On Saturday, August 14, 2021, around 11:20 a.m., an assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 600 block of South Broadway. The suspect entered a business, approached the victim, who was unaware, and stabbed him in the abdominal area.
Los Angeles Fire Department transported the victim to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries and later released.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, medium length black hair, approximately 5’08” and 165 pounds, 30 -35 years old, wearing a blue button up long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and possibly hiking boots.
