Los Angeles: A front passenger in a Honda Accord died early this morning in a traffic collision. It was 12:10AM when the incident unfolded. A Nissan Altima traveling at a high rate of speed north on Topanga Canyon Boulevard collided with the passenger side of a Honda Accord driving south on Topanga Canyon Boulevard. According to investigators, the Honda Accord was negotiating a left turn to eastbound Strathern Street.
The Nissan Altima collided with the curb and flipped at least one time, landing on its roof. The Honda Accord also collided with the curb, and the front passenger was ejected.
The passenger victim was taken to a local hospital where he died from blunt-force injuries to his head and body. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to area hospitals where they are being treated for severe injuries.
At this time, the name of the passenger victim has not been revealed because his family has not been notified.
