Press Conference regarding the series of distraction crimes where the elderly are the target of burglaries and thefts.

Why:
Mission detectives are holding a press conference to alert the public of the longstanding crime method of targeting senior citizens using trick or device.  The LAPD is asking the public’s assistance with any information that will help identify the suspects who are using deception as their primary weapon to trick victims of their money and valuables.
Detectives will be making themselves available for future interview to safeguard against falling victims to these types of crimes.
