Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Bertha Galvan and two children ages 4 and 8 who were last seen at a friends home in the area of Hooper Avenue and Gage Avenue, in Los Angeles.
On January 1, 2006 at 3:00 am Lucrecia Castillo, her two children, and Bertha Galvan were at a friend’s home in Los Angeles. Ms. Castillo gave Ms. Galvan permission to take her children in her car, a 2000 Toyota Echo, 4 door gold in color with license plate 4LLN788 back to their home in Tujunga. Ms. Castillo still has not heard from Ms. Galvan or her children.
Ms. Galvan is described as a female Hispanic, 63 years old with brown hair and eyes. She is 5’6" tall and weighs 180 pounds. She is also known as Debra Miller.
The children are Elaine Hack, female Black, 8 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. She is about 4’0" tall and weighs 28 pounds. She was wearing a white shirt and white skirt.
Ameer Hack is a male Black, 4 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 3’0" tall and weighs 28 pounds. He was wearing a light blue shirt with the word "Pinewood" on the front and blue shorts.
