Why:
On the evening of February 22, 2005, Officers Avila and Gonzalez revived 21-month-old Enoch Jeon after he lost consciousness and his father was unable to revive the child. Bystanders alerted the officers to the distressed father and son near Olympic Boulevard and Broadway.
