Los Angeles: On Saturday, September 25, 2004, at about 10:30 p.m., Central Patrol officers responded to a radio call of a large group of juveniles disturbing the peace at 100 East 9th Street. When the first officers arrived they saw a large number of youths gathered on the sidewalks and in the roadway in front of the location.
