Detectives Seek the Public’s Help in Identifying Murder Suspect NR22059cm

Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department Operations-Valley Bureau Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Savin Seng, who was identified as the suspect responsible for the murder of Gabriel Isiguzo.

Seng shot and killed Gabriel Isiguzo on March 7, 2022, around 2:00 a.m. On March 30, 2022, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed murders charges on Seng who has remained a fugitive.

Savin Seng is described as a 39-year-old Cambodian male, standing five feet eight inches tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and body. Seng is considered armed and dangerous.

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect involved in the murder of 20-year-old Gabriel Isiguzo.

On March 7, 2022, at around 2 a.m., Mission Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of an ambulance shooting in the 8300 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Detectives from Valley Bureau Homicide responded to the crime scene and assumed investigative responsibility. Preliminary information at scene indicates an altercation occurred between the victim and the suspect, a male patron at the nightclub, shortly prior to the shooting.
