North Hills: The Los Angeles Police Department Valley Bureau Homicide Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted for an unprovoked shooting that left one dead.
On March 7, 2022, around 2:00 a.m., officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) Mission Division responded to a radio call of a “Shooting Just Occurred”, at a Gentlemen’s Night Club, located at the 8300 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard, in North Hills.
When the officers arrived, they found the victim, twenty-year old Gabriel Isiguzo, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Mr. Isiguzo was transported to the hospital by the Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics. Mr. Isiguzo ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Operations-Valley Bureau Homicide assumed investigative responsibility. During the investigation the suspect was identified as 38-year-old Savin Seng.

Mr. Seng is believed to be Armed and Dangerous.
Savin Seng is described as a 38-year-old Cambodian male, 5’8” feet tall, and weighing 160 pounds.
