Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Area Homicide Detectives are investigating the murder of a Los Angeles resident that occurred in a downtown hotel.
On February 4, 2003, at 1:30 p.m., Central Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of an "Ambulance Death Investigation" at the Huntington Hotel located on the 700 block of south Main Street in Downtown Los Angeles.
Responding officers were directed to a hotel room where they discovered the victim dead. It was determined at the scene that the man was the victim of a stabbing and ultimately died as a result of his injury. There are no suspects in custody and no weapon was recovered.
