Panorama City: The family of Noellia Goodwin and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Noellia was last seen on July 27, 2022, around 10 p.m., at a supermarket located near Parthenia Street and Cedros Avenue. She was seen walking away from the area wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, light pink sweat pants, yellow slip on shoes, carrying a gray bag.

Noellia does not have a phone in her possession but used someone’s phone to alert her family that she was on her way home but did not return. Noellia’s family is concerned for her safety.

Noellia is described as a 24-year-old female White with brown shoulder length hair and burgundy eyes. Noellia stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has a tattoo of fan on her inner right bicep and an anime character on her right rib cage area.
