Dead Body Found In Alley

 
Los Angeles: On Tuesday, October 01, 2002, at approximately 7:20 a.m., Harbor Area patrol officers received a radio call of a possible dead body lying in the alley of the 25500 block of Belle Porte Avenue in Harbor City. Upon arrival, the officers found the victim, male Hispanic in his 20’s, down in the alley. Harbor Area Homicide Detectives responded to the location and have assumed the investigation. The cause of death is unknown at this time; however it appeared the victim had died from a blunt force trauma.
The motive is unknown. There is no suspect(s) description available. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
