Los Angeles: The West Valley Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB) will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting to explore two important and timely topics: Identity Theft and Bio-Terrorism.
The crime of Identity Theft is on the rise and has become a significant problem for people who reside in the City of Los Angeles. This meeting will help educate the public on how not to become a victim and what to do when identity theft occurs.
The meeting will also explore the important topic of bio-terrorism. Acts of terrorism are unusual occurrences. Education and pre-planning are the keys to preparedness.
The meeting will highlight how city leaders are handling these tough issues. The panel will also address other community concerns and discuss current City issues. There will be an opportunity for the community to ask questions and get answers from all panel members.
The public and the news media are invited.
