Fatal Shooting in North Hollywood NR22379jc

Los Angeles: On December 16, 2022 at 11:30 P.M., Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) North Hollywood Division officers responded to a shooting call at the 6800 block of Simpson Avenue in North Hollywood. When officers arrived, they found a victim on the sidewalk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. That victim was pronounced deceased by LAFD Paramedics.

The victim was identified as 30-year-old Julian Bynum from Chicago.

LAPD Valley Bureau Homicide responded to investigate.

No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
