Circumstances

Victim and suspect had a dispute over a broken phone belonging to the suspect’s girlfriend. The suspect waited for victim to return to the motel where they were both staying. Upon victim’s arrival, the suspect confronted the victim and shot him multiple times, then fled on foot.
