Los Angeles: On Saturday, March 9, 2002, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Rampart Area Community Police Station officers and staff, along with members of the community will conduct an informal clean-up in the area of 10th Street, between Grandview and Parkview Avenues. From 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., the Block Party will continue with booths and food made available to everyone participating. The event is also sponsored by the Office of City Councilman Ed Reyes, District 2. Representatives from Mayor Hahn’s Office are also expected to attend.
